Efficiency - we are able to provide very reasonable pricing due to being properly prepared for each job.  Considering repair costs, it is important to understand that the hourly labor rate AND the experience level of the technician COMBINE to provide the best value for the dollar. We specialize in compact equipment service, therefore we can complete a quality repair job in less time than a comparable service department which specializes in heavy equipment. Also, a less experienced or non-specialized technician may have a lower hourly rate but take much longer to complete a similar repair. The results costing more, but less quality of workmanship simply due to lack of the appropriate product knowledge level.

WARNING: Due to the drastically higher cost per hour of downtime many heavy equipment service departments are forced to put priority on servicing the largest and most expensive equipment first, and leaving the compact equipment customer last in line.

Our top priority is to have you and your equipment back in business in the minimum amount of time. We also want you to be confident that the service was thorough and complete, keeping your machine on the job is what it's all about!
